In a recent paper [Soochow J. Math. 29, No. 3, 249--257 (2003; preceding review Zbl 1042.26011)] the author has investigated a generalized class of error bounds for midpoint and trapezoidal quadrature. This new paper extends these results to Simpson's formula.
