The authors present a model for the interaction between macrophage normal cells, tumor cells and chemo-attractant secreted by tumor cells. It is shown that the relevant parameters are the concentration of macrophage at the tumor and the rate at which macrophage lyses the tumor cells. Several solutions (both time independent and time periodic) are derived. Their stability are studied using linear and weakly nonlinear analysis. Numerical simulations of the system are presented.
