Drinfeld modules of rank 2 play a role analogous to that played by elliptic curves. This paper introduces reduced Drinfeld modular polynomials of degree \(p\) analogous to the classical modular polynomials \(\Phi_p(X,Y)\) of degree \(p\) for elliptic curves, and derives some of their properties.
