This paper contains one theorem: Let \(R(z)\) be a rational function, then \(A\)-acceptability plus \(| R(\infty)| <1\) is equivalent to \(\phi_R(x)\leq \max \{\rho,1+px\}\), \(\rho <1\), \(p>0\), \(\forall x\leq 0\), where \(\phi_R(x):=\sup \{| R(z)|\), \(\text{Re } z \geq x\}\), \(x\in {\mathbb R}\).
