The author studies oscillatory properties of the solutions for a class of neutral odd order partial functional-differential equations with homogeneous Neumann boundary condition. Using the method of differential inequalities the paper gives necessary and sufficient conditions for oscillations of the solutions. The results are illustrated by adequate examples.
