This paper is devoted to new results on the solvability of boundary value problems for wave equations \[ Lu\equiv u_{tt}- u_{xx}+ \beta(u, u_t)= f(x,t) \] with nonlinear dissipation (that is with nonlinear lower terms depending on the derivative of the solution) in some noncylindrical domains.
