The authors study autonomous systems of differential equations with complex hysteresis nonlinearities. Conditions for the existence of a continuum of cycles with small amplitudes in a neighborhood of an equilibrium position are established. These conditions are similar to Hopf bifurcations theorems for systems of ordinary differential equations with a parameter.
