The author studies oscillatory properties of the solutions of a class of neutral parabolic partial functional-differential equations with homogeneous Dirichlet or mixed boundary condition. Using the method of differential inequalities and averaging technique the paper establishes oscillation criteria for the problem under consideration. There are some technical misprints in the references of the paper.
