Verf. gibt einen kurzen Beweis einer \textit{Voronoï}schen Summenformel für \[ \sum_a^b \tau(n)f(n), \] wo \(\tau(n)\) die Anzahl der Teiler von \(n\) und \(f(z)\) eine für \(a \leqq z \leqq b\) reguläre analytische Funktion von \(z\) bezeichnet.
