Angabe eines Näherungsverfahrens, welches bei gegebenen Konstanten \(A\) und \(n\) aus der Variablen \(x\) die Variable \(y\) so zu berechnen gestattet, daß \[ (1)\quad y=Ax^n \] ist. Ist \(x_0,y_0\) ein (1) genügendes bekanntes Wertepaar, so wird \[ \frac{x-x_0}{x_0}=t,\;\frac{y-y_0}{y_0}=v \] gesetzt und (1) durch die Näherungsformel \[ v=nt \left( 1+\frac{n-1}{2}t \right) \] ersetzt.
