Zu den im ersten Teil gemachten Annahmen macht Verf. die weitere Annahme, daß es in einem Untersystem im Durchschnitt ein System mit konstanter Dichte und gleichförmiger mittlerer Rotationsgeschwindigkeit gibt. Die Niveauflächen sind dann Rotationsellipsoide. Weiter enthält die Arbeit eine Erklärung für die \textit{Kapteyn}schen Sternströme.
