Ist \(A\) eine reelle Konstante, so läßt sich aus \[ f(x-y+A)-f(x+y+A)=2f(x)f(y) \] ohne weiteres eine Reihe von Beziehungen ableiten und beweisen, daß \(f(x)\) mit der Sinusfunktion identisch ist.
