Da nach den neueren Versuchen Gase dadurch zu Leitern der Elektricität gemacht werden, dass sich negativ geladene Ionen mit hoher Geschwindigkeit hindurch bewegen, so stellt der Verf. hierüber theoretische Betrachtungen an und gelangt zu einer Formel, die er experimentell bewahrheitet.
