Der Verf. knüpft an die von Herrn Hilbert (F. d. M. XXV. 1893/94. 817, JFM 25.0817.02) gefundenen Sätze an und zeigt, wie sie sich auf das allgemeinere Integral \[ \int_\alpha^\beta [f(x)]^2\chi(x)dx \] übertragen, wenn \(\chi\) eine von \(\alpha\) bis \(\beta\) reelle, endliche, das Zeichen nicht wechselnde Function ist.
