Zur Lösung der Frage, welche Wahleinrichtungen getroffen werden müssen, damit die Anzahl der Gewählten einer Partei proportional der Anzahl der Wähler derselben Partei sei, wird unter Kritik der gebräuchlichen Verfahrungsarten ein Vorschlag gemacht, der nach Ansicht des Verfassers die ``proportionale Vertretung'' verbürgt.
