Untersuchung der Function \[ \psi_{\mu} (N) = \frac{1}{1^{\mu}} + \frac{1}{2^{\mu}} + \cdots + \frac{1}{(N - 1)^{\mu}}\cdot \] Wenn \(p\) Primzahl, so ist der Zähler von \(\psi_{\mu} (p)\) im allgemeinen durch \(p^2\) teilbar. Ausnahmen und complicirtere Sätze für ein beliebiges \(N\).
