Bericht über die F. d. M. XII. 1880. p. 737 (JFM 12.0737.02) besprochene Arbeit. Mit den im ersten Teile gegebenen Entwickelungen ist Herr Bresse einverstanden, dagegen erhebt er Bedenken gegen die Betrachtungsweise der Verfassers, der die Zerknickungsfestigkeit der oberen Gurtungen ebenso behandelt, wie die gerader Stäbe, die an beiden Enden geradlinig gegen einander geführt werden. Herr Bresse hält die Sache demnach nicht für abgeschlossen.
