Darstellung und Ableitung der altchinesischen Tayen-Regel, welche die Lösung des Systems \[ N=m_1x_1+r_1=m_2x_2+r_2=\cdots \] liefert. Die von v. Schäwen gegebene Lösung stimmt fast genau mit der hier behandelten überein. (Vgl. F. d. M. X. 140. 1878, JFM 10.0140.01).
