    Die Differentialgleichung \[ \frac {dy}{dx} = \frac {3y(y+1)-4x}{8y-1} \] wird durch die Formeln \[ x=\frac {H^3(3z)H^5(z)}{H^8(2z)}, \quad y=\frac {H(4z)H^4(z)}{H^5(2z)} \] integrirt, worin \(z\) eine Hülfsvariable und der Modul \(k\) die Constante der Integration ist. Der Verfasser stellt sich die Aufgabe, dieselbe Gleichung algebraisch zu integriren. Zunächst wird folgende neue Integrationsformel abgeleitet: \[ x=\frac {[4(1-k^2u)(1-u)-(1-k^2u^2)^2]^3}{2^8(1-k^2u)^4(1-u)^4}, \] \[ y=\frac {(1-k^2u^2)(1-2u+k^2u^2)(1-2k^2u+k^2u^2)}{2^3(1-k^2u)^2(1-u)^2}, \] und es handelt sich nunmehr um die Elimination von \(u\), welche durch besondere Kunstgriffe ohne erhebliche Rechnung bewirkt wird. Das allgemeine Integral ist vom \(12^{\text{ten}}\) Grade.
