Der Verfasser zeigt, wie man gewisse Sätze, die Cremona aus algebraischen Ueberlegungen Brioschi's bezüglich der sogenannten ``homolog harmonischen'' Curven \(4^{\text{ter}}\) Ordnung mit Doppelpunkt gewonnen hat, aus seinen früheren allgemeinen Untersuchungen über hyperelliptische Curven (Borchardt J. LXV) ableiten kann, und nimmt dabei Gelegenheit, einige damals nur kurz angedeutete Beweise ausführlicher zu entwickeln.
