Let \(M\) be a compact Riemannian manifold, \(E\) a Riemannian vector bundle over \(M\) and \(\Sigma\) its sphere bundle. The author investigates the embeddings of \(\Sigma\) in \(E\) admitting prescribed Gaussian curvatures of various types.
