Complete \(L^p\)-\(L^q\) estimates are obtained for the degenerate Radon transform \[ Rf (t,x)=\int_{\mathbf f}(t+S(x,y), y) \psi(x,y) dy \] where \(\psi\) is supported in a small neighborhood of the origin, and \(S\) is a real analytic function.
