Weak and strong representations are proved for two classes of trimmed \(U\)-statistics. The results improve the orders of the remainder terms given by \textit{I. Gijbels, P. Janssen} and \textit{N. Veraverbeke} [Probab. Theory Relat. Fields 77, No. 2, 179-194 (1988; Zbl 0621.60034)] under the same or weaker conditions.
