The author shows that a description of spontaneous symmetry breaking in the gauge theory of gravity can include the Logunov relativistic theory of gravity, (RTG). The latter includes dynamic connections and is applicable to fermionic fields. Contents include: an introduction (which includes a lucid mathematical overview of the topic); gauge transformations; the gauge model of the RTG; and the energy-momentum conservation law; and a 28 item bibliography.
