The notions of an FP-multifunction (the domain of such a function is a bitopological space with the values as arbitrary fuzzy sets in a fuzzy bitopological space), FP-lower (FP-upper) continuity and FP-lower (FP-upper) almost continuity are introduced and studied. Some characterizations of FP-lower (FP-upper) almost continuity and FP-lower (FP-upper) weakly continuity are proved. FP-lower (FP-upper) semicontinuity of an FP-multifunction is defined and investigated.
