To implement the explicit scheme for the Maxwell equations with three space coordinates, one has to increase the memory capacity, which is necessary to store a three-dimensional computation layer, and the number of computer interchange operations. In this paper, for a bounded axisymmetrical domain, a new spectral-difference technique for a numerical integration of the Maxwell equations with three space coordinates in cylindrical coordinates is suggested.
