The authors propose a method for constructing partial boundary conditions of radiation type for Maxwell's equations in a spherical cone. These conditions are expressed in terms of the Volterra integral equations. Radiation-type conditions for the electric potential \(\varphi\) are derived, and the final formulas for the electromagnetic potentials \(A_r\) and \(A_{\theta}\) are presented, where \(r\) and \(\theta\) denote the radius and angle, respectively. The paper continues the series of articles by the last author.
