The approach to the synthesis of mathematical models is developed in this work. This approach can be used to describe a wide class of dynamic systems whose structure is a priori indeterminate, i.e. it's assumed that the behavior of a dynamic system is described by equation \[ \dot y=f(y,t),\quad y(t_0/y_0)=y_0,\quad y_0 \in{\mathbb{R}^1}, \quad t\in{\mathbb{R}^1}, \] is unknown. The models proposed make it possible to describe a dynamic system in given space-time domains with prescribed accuracy.
