In [\textit{H.-X.~Yi}, Kodai Math. J. 17, No. 1, 133-141 (1994; Zbl 0807.30017)], some answers are given for the Gross problem of uniqueness of entire functions with the same inverse images of two finite sets counting multiplicities. In this paper, an analogue of the Yi's uniqueness theorem for holomorphic mappings of \(\mathbb C\) into \(\mathbb P^n(\mathbb C)\) with the same inverse images of pairs of Fermat hypersurfaces is obtained.
