The stability of the first approximation of some nonlinear Volterra difference equation \(x_j= f_j- \sum^J_{i= 0} a_{j-i} G_{ij}(x_j)\), \(j\geq 0\), using topological methods is obtained. Finally, using these results the bound on the solutions (which gives the error) is estimated.
