From the authors' conclusion: A new state-space parametrization of all stable systems satisfying a given bound on their \({\mathcal H}_\infty\) norm is proposed. Since the parametrization can be shown to be pseudo-canonical, it uses a minimum amount of free parameters. The proposed parametrization can be used to investigate the performance of non-central controllers in \({\mathcal H}_\infty\) robust control problems. An example is presented to illustrate the interest of looking at non-central controllers in a given application.
