Investigations of self-induced oscillations in the singularly perturbed systems are represented. The existence and stability conditions are established for the nonlinear wave equation with a low diffusion of cycles that rapidly oscillate with respect to the spatial variable, that is for periodic solutions with a specific relaxation behavior.
