Families of exact solutions to the time-independent Euler and Navier-Stokes equations (Q1571227)

The author presents new exact solutions to two systems of equations. The first system consists of the continuity equation and three-dimensional time-independent Euler equation, while the second system consists of the continuity equation and a three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations in polar coordinates. The author used an approach that naturally follows from the one developed earlier [the author, ibid. 37, No. 7, 817--837 (1997); translation from Zh. Vychisl. Mat. Mat. Fiz. 37, No. 7, 841--861 (1997; Zbl 0941.81057)]. In the paper is considered the case of incompressible fluid.
