The authors propose a general method for solving selfadjoint multiparameter spectral problems for weakly coupled systems of differential equations with singularities. The method is based on the continuation in the parameter that is introduced into the problem. This method is a generalization of the one proposed earlier by the authors for the case when there are no singularities [Comput. Math. Math. Phys. 37, No. 5, 552-557 (1997); translation from Zh. Vychisl. Mat. Mat. Fiz. 37, No. 5, 566-571 (1997; Zbl 0945.34005)]. The method is completely substantiated for the case under consideration.
