A shock-smootrhing scheme for radiative processes is constructed. This makes it possible to simplify solutions of various time-dependent problems in gas dynamics involving multiple shocks and perform computations on conventional grids. Both volume and surface sources, as well as their mutual transitions are simultaneously taken into account. The scheme adds virtually no requirements for the computer resources when included into a gas-dynamic solver, because no additional data arrays are introduced for executing operations.
