This paper is devoted to the analysis of the symmetry structure of multi-periodic accelerator modes by extending the concept of involution decomposition of the Hamiltonian system under consideration. Due to the intrinsic periodicity of the standard map there appears a special type of regular motion in various orders of the accelerator modes. An explicit analysis has been carried out for the period-2, the period-3 and the period-4 accelerator modes.
