This paper is devoted to the influence of small stochastic perturbations on a nonlinear, nonconservative interacting system exhibiting Hopf bifurcation. The authors observed that due to the presence of parametric perturbation, the bifurcation point is shifted. The method is based on the technique of Markov diffusion approximation.
