Twistor spinors on Lorentzian symmetric spaces (Q1576283)

It is known that an indecomposable Riemannian symmetric space which admits a nontrivial twistor-spinor has constant sectional curvature, and each Riemannian manifold with parallel spinors is flat. The author studies the corresponding situation for Lorentzian symmetric spaces, by explicitly solving the twistor equation for all indecomposable Lorentzian symmetric spaces. Contents include the following sections: an introduction; Lorentz symmetric spaces; spinor representations; general properties of twistor-spinors; twistor-spinors on indecomposable non-conformally flat Lorentzian symmetric spaces; twistor-spinors on indecomposable conformally flat Lorentzian symmetric spaces of non-constant sectional curvature; and twistor-spinors on Lorentzian symmetric spaces of constant sectional curvature.
