The author uses a special Lyapunov type function to study the robust stability of time delay systems with unknown but bounded nonlinear parameter perturbations dependent on current and delayed states. The stability degree of the system is also discussed and sufficient conditions which should be satisfied to ensure a given stability degree are formulated. Numerical examples are given to prove the efficiency of the proposed conditions and their advantage over some existing criteria.
