The paper is devoted to dynamical systems with both deterministic and stochastic properties whose model is a structural diagram consisting of two subsystems linked by a feedback loop. Here the author proposes a method for constructing a mathematical model of a dynamical system with an entropy operator. Note that dynamical systems with an entropy operator are a very useful object whose nonlinear properties are described by parametric mathematical programming problem.
