This paper continues previous work of the author concerning synthetic differential supergeometry [ibid. 37, No. 11, 2803-2822 (1998; Zbl 0942.58011), ibid. 38, No. 2, 653-663 (1999; 944.58005)]. Superconnections are defined, together with two (super) curvature forms (one of them satisfies the second Bianchi identity). All these constructions are motivated by the need of geometrization in particle physics, for better understanding the boson-fermion interplay.
