Studies on the physics of black holes, strings, gravity and the related topics have been in progress during particularly the last decade. There are still several unsolved problems there. The authors have examined here a low-energy string action, containing a graviton, a dilaton with the second and third order curvature corrections. An asymptotic form of the solution is achieved by investigating the environment of a black hole horizon. The asymptotic structure of the solution with the second order curvature terms is shown to be preserved as well, in the third order. The detailed expressions for \(a_{ij}\) and \(b_i\) occurring in the field equations in the matrix form: \[ a_{i1} \Delta^{1111}+ a_{i2} \sigma^{111}+ a_{i3} \varphi^{11}= b_i, \qquad i= 1,2,3 \] given and discussed.
