This paper continues the paper of \textit{A. Kamita, Y. Morita} and \textit{T. Tanisaki} [Part I, Hiroshima Math. J. 28, 527-540 (1998; Zbl 0971.17009)]. The author explicits the construction of quantum deformations of prehomogeneous spaces in the exceptional cases of type \(E_6\) and \(E_7\). The description is given using the root systems \(E_6\) and \(E_7\).
