This paper concerns the existence of Lipschitz feedback of a nonlinear control system with a deterministic perturbation. The methods used in this paper are mainly taken from [\textit{L. Doyen}, Set-valued Anal. 8, No. 1-2, 101-109 (2000; Zbl 0969.49007)]. The main result of the paper consists in finding a feedback law allowing the state of the system to remain in a given set of constraints whatever is the deterministic permutation. This is a generalization of the notion of viability introduced by \textit{J.-P. Aubin} [``Viability theory'' (1991; Zbl 0755.93003)]. The tools used in the present paper are mainly the discriminating property introduced by \textit{P. Cardaliaguet} [SIAM. J. Control Optimization 34, No. 4, 1441-1460 (1996; Zbl 0853.90136)] and algorithms developed by \textit{P. Cardaliaguet}, \textit{M. Quincampoix} and \textit{P. Saint-Pierre} [RAIRO, Modelisation Math. Anal. Numer. 28, No. 4, 441-461 (1994; Zbl 0821.90145)]. The paper is illustrated with explicit computation of the Lipschitz feedback law.
