The authors study a viscous incompressible fluid flow between two rotating cylinders by using a system of equations which describes secondary flows after the loss of stability by the main flow. The corresponding boundary value problem is solved by a spectral method based on mixed Fourier-Chebyshev representation. The authors investigate stationary flows appearing at the final amplitude of initial perturbation.
