The paper deals with the investigation of a unit ball \(U_\tau(X)\) of nonnegative \(\tau\)-additive measures on a Tikhonov space \(X\). The construction of \(U_\tau\) is functorial. The author proves, in particular, that the functor \(U_\tau\) possesses the main properties of normality in addition to the property of preserving the point which becomes a unit segment \([0,1]\) under the effect of this functor.
