On circle endomorphisms (Q1584483)

\textit{M. Shub} and \textit{D. Sullivan} [Ergodic Theory Dyn. Syst. 5, 285-289 (1985; Zbl 0583.58022)] raised the problem of finding a complete set of invariants for (measure-theoretic) isomorphism in the class of analytic expanding Lebesgue-preserving circle endomorphisms. The author described such a set, comprising a mixture of topological and measure-theoretic invariants, and a coboundary equation [J. Lond. Math. Soc., II. Ser. 41, No. 2, 272-282 (1990; Zbl 0666.58036)]. Here the author uses rigidity results of \textit{C. Arteaga} [Ergodic Theory Dyn. Syst. 13, No. 2, 225-230 (1993; Zbl 0785.58039)] to give a different complete set of invariants, more readily computed.
