The author presents new explicit criteria guaranteeing the well-posedness by perturbations of optimal control problems governed by ordinary differential equations of the following form: \[ F(u,p)= \int^T_0 f(y,u) \,dt+ \varphi[y(T)] \] subject to \(\dot y= g(y,u,p)\), \(y(0)=\overline x\), \(u(t)\in U\).
