It is shown that the Cantorian fractal spacetime structure of atmospheric flow patterns is a result of the superposition of a continuum of eddies, which function as unified whole quantum system. The eddy circulations follow Kepler's laws of planetary motion, in particular, the third law and, therefore, Newton's inverse square law for gravitation is applicable to eddy masses. The authors show that the relative motion of Einstein's special and general relativity theories are also applicable to eddy circulations originating from a constant primary perturbation.
