In an earlier paper [\textit{S. Fukuhara}, Math. Ann. 310, 83-101 (1998; Zbl 0886.11025)] the author studied generalized Dedekind symbols having a Laurent polynomial reciprocity law. This paper extends the work to twisted symbols, in which minus signs are introduced into some of the defining properties of the Dedekind symbols.
